MRK Associates are very pleased to be partnering exclusively with a luxury brand based in Oswestry, Shropshire. Our client seeks a Group Revenue Manager to join them on a permanent basis.

This job would suit someone who has experience being a successful number 2 within a revenue management team in a growing business. This revenue manager will be responsible for delivering exceptional revenue management disciplines, through the CRO team, across the business to achieve budgeted revenue targets across all business segments in operation.

Our client is a leading provider in luxury experiences for their guests by consistently providing the highest levels of hospitality for all different kinds of occasions, set in the stunning countryside of Shropshire.

The successful individual will have around 3 years of revenue management experience ideally within hotels and will have managed teams previously. This person must have strong leadership skills, to be a part of the senior management team, with the ability to work within a high functioning fast-paced environment. Cluster experience is an advantage for this role. Previous experience with a Property Management System, Revenue Management Systems, TravelClick and/or SynXis is strongly preferred.

Job responsibilities:

* Provide synopsis of performance against decisions taken to plan future strategy for rates, occupancy, booking pace, and marketing campaigns.
* Weekly/monthly reporting – weekly gap analysis and monthly board pack – performance against forecast, trend analysis and future strategy recommendations
* Daily, weekly, monthly, 3 monthly strategy and targets for team – communicated and displayed within CRO.
* Monitoring team members’ efficiency, call standards and KPI’S
* Management of 3rd party sites – rates and content.
* Management of ODT, pick up, no shows, fill targets.
* Recruitment, training and development plan for team to include induction and succession planning.
* Weekly meeting held with segment revenue managers, documented minutes and actions.
* Ensure that all CRO depts operate with high integrity, accuracy and in a highly organised manner.
* Management of TravelClick – updates and competitor analysis.
* Instigate regular competitor analysis and report on changes and opportunities.
