Based in Paris, France our specialist client is looking for a Senior Cluster Revenue Manager to join their team on a permanent basis with hybrid working. Travel will be required to the hotels within Paris.

This job would suit someone with at least 4 years’ experience in a multi-hotel revenue management role, including essential experience in the Parisian market, to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and boost profitability for the managed portfolio.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in revenue management, with exceptional analytical and forecasting skills. Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities are essential, particularly in navigating relationships within a branded hotel environment. A proactive problem-solver, you consistently seek innovative solutions and demonstrate a results-driven approach. You will be proficient in managing multiple systems, including Revenue Management Systems (RMS), Property Management Systems (PMS), Business Intelligence (BI) tools, and Central Reservation Systems (CRS). Additionally, strong decision-making and presentation skills, along with expertise in MS Office (Outlook, Word, and advanced Excel), are crucial for both analytical and communication purposes.

Job responsibilities:

* Pricing and yield guidelines for rates, room types, and customer segments.
* Build 2 year property revenue strategy and budget proposal, prepares forecast based on the company guidelines.
* Validate RMS forecast and ensures corrective action to improve the forecast.
* Perform daily pick-up analysis, reviews yield system forecast, competition analysis, and price positioning.
* Effectively apply pricing and restrictions in line with set strategy to maximise profits; rate open/closing, rate level and short-term sales and promotion action plan design & execution.
* Formulate strategies to support the automation of manual processes in revenue management processes through efficient system use.
* Carefully monitor market performance, RGI, channel performance.
* Communicate strategic recommendations to key commercial stakeholders, e.g General Managers and ensure buy-in and commitment from all involved.
