Based in London, our client is a well-known company looking for a Cluster Revenue Manager to join their team.
This job would suit a revenue management with 6 months to a years’ experience who has a degree in Hotel Management or Business. The job will involve supporting the hotel management to outline strategies and the annual forecast.
The company is an instantly recognised international brand that owns, operates and franchises hotels across 5 continents and continues to go from strength to strength through both organic and acquisition growth.
The successful individual will have experience dealing with data coming from different sources as well as excellent IT skills. The candidate must have great communication and analytical skills along with being customer focused. A proactive and results oriented mind-set is essential as is the ability to build professional and long lasting relationships.
Duties will include:
* Analyze the hotel(s) results and performance survey the market and competitors in terms of performance pricing and availability as a basis for future tactical decisions with the Hotel(s) GMs
* Ensure an accurate and dynamic forecast for the future dates based on the RM referenced systems recommendations and a daily monitoring of the data
* Take daily decisions to optimize the hotel Decisions in terms of pricing, inventory management group quotation, distribution channels. Ensure that their recommendations are implemented in reservation and reception, and that systems are updated accordingly
* Ensure that a “RM culture” is spread in the hotel, through the animation of weekly revenue meetings and regular coaching and training sessions for the hotel teams
