Cluster Revenue Manager
Based in Hertfordshire, this well-regarded business is a leader in its field, and they are seeking a Cluster Revenue Manager on a permanent basis to help them through an exciting period of change for the business.
This role would suit someone with at least 3 years’ Revenue experience in a hotel environment. You will be working closely with a Director of Revenue and Distribution, Hotel General Managers and Reservations Manager to develop the business, set rates, reporting and plan tactical campaigns with the commercial team.

The successful individual will be a knowledgeable and experienced revenue manager who enjoys managing and motivating team members. They will have experience managing multiple properties and have a proven record of driving growth to establish the hotel as the premium market leader. For this role you will need to be confident in being the company’s revenue communicator on both internal and external revenue management issues. Experience in Opera, Duetto and Synxis is essential for this role.
Job responsibilities:
* Ensure that the RM Strategy (business mix, pricing, brand positioning of the hotels) is in place and properly deployed to achieve a business consistency in the area (market place or region).
* Through the organisation of regular meetings with the operations, ensure that the revenue of each hotel is optimised thanks to a consistent approach on pricing, reservation, distribution strategy development at hotel level
* Providing guidance, motivation and support to the Reservations Team.
* Playing a pivotal role in the Strategic Planning, Marketing Plan, and budgeting processes.
* Weekly total revenue forecasting.
