Cluster Revenue Manager
MRK are pleased to be working exclusively for an exciting and instantly recognised and growing client who are looking for a Cluster Revenue Manager to join their team permanently. This is a hybrid working role with 2 days based in their Hertfordshire office.
This job would suit someone with at least 2 years’ experience in a similar revenue management role.

The successful individual will have strong analytical skills, with experience working with data and data structures. This person will be comfortable communicating with all levels of stakeholders, and be able to influence at all levels, from working teams to Board level. Expert knowledge of Excel is essential.
Job responsibilities:
* Responsible for achieving the revenue targets for a selection of hotels
* Drive revenue performance through preparation of a revenue management strategy for each hotel
* Hold weekly revenue strategy meetings with hotel general manager to update and align on key decisions
* Regular analysis of business performance both at individual hotel level and across the wider estate
* Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to implement a promotional strategy
* Feed into the process of annual budgeting and forecasting
* Implement and optimise strategy aimed at improving sales performance
* Drive performance across ancillary revenues at time of booking, pre-arrival and whilst on stay
* Play a key role in developing the future Rm Strategy and play a lead role in improving Digital experience
