Based in Bristol, our client is looking for an experienced Revenue Manager to join the team on a permanent basis as Cluster Revenue Manager.

The successful individual will have in-depth knowledge and experience in revenue management strategies and pricing optimisation within the hotel industry. They must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyse data and identify trends. Excellent communication skills are essential for this role as you will be collaborating with internal teams, as well as external stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities:
* Develop, implement and execute strategic action plans to drive hotel revenue performance.
* Analyse past and present trends and makes recommendations for future strategies
* Support the market share and profits for multiple hotels through the strategic coordination of revenue management processes and procedures
* Monitor booking trends, occupancy rates, and market conditions to adjust pricing and optimise inventory allocation to maximise revenue and occupancy levels.
* Manage the distribution channels for the properties.
* Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), such as average daily rate (ADR), total revenue per available room (TRevPAR), and market share, to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures.
