MRK Associates is exclusively partnered with our iconic client based in Munich, Germany, who are looking for a Cluster Revenue Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.
This role would suit someone with experience with 2-3 years’ revenue management experience, ideally in a cluster role, who is eager to take their career to the next level. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting the revenue team across three iconic hotels, contributing directly to the brand’s success.
This prestigious family-owned hotel brand is renowned for its world-class properties across Europe, offering guests unique experiences in breathtaking locations, and providing employees with a rewarding and dynamic work environment.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for analytics, and a proven ability to manage multiple revenue streams. A confident user of MS Office applications, you will ideally have experience with Property Management System, Revenue Management, and CRS systems. Fluent English is essential, and proficiency in German is highly desirable to facilitate effective collaboration across the business.
Job responsibilities:
* Implement and manage revenue strategies for the region.
* Analyse new sales channels, RevPAR, and forecast data.
* Optimise rates and availability across distribution channels.
* Preparation of revenue meetings and representing the Regional Director of Revenue Management in their absence.
* Conduct market and competition analyses.
* Prepare and present reports and revenue meetings.
* Collaborate with Sales, Events, and Front Office teams.
* Travel to various locations and coordinate with the London head office.
