Cluster Revenue Manager
Based in Aberdeen, our client is a large hotel group looking for a Cluster Revenue Manager to join their team.
This role would suit an individual who is analytical and data focused with a high level of problem solving skills. It is essential for the candidate to have good communication skills and knowledge of hotel systems is highly desirable.
This is a global company with over 100 properties across the world, who offer a unique range of hotels with an unforgettable experience.
The successful candidate will provide support to the relevant individuals within the sales, finance and revenue teams in strategic planning and overall business goals concerning revenue achievement. The candidate must be educated to degree level and have previous experience working within a similar role.
Job Responsibilities:
* Developing revenue management concepts and leading revenue management practises.
* Challenge and influence hotels to follow best practise.
* Prepare detailed weekly and monthly reports that inform Sales & Marketing strategy.
* Ensure that we are working with the best 3rd party vendors.
* Build and maintain strong working relationships.
* Contribute to feasibility studies for new ventures.
* Work in liaison with sales initiatives as part of a team.
* Travel regularly to each hotel or on other related project work.
* Take part in regular presentations and agree to public speaking engagements where appropriate.
* Embed a revenue management culture.
* Find new revenue opportunities
