Cluster Revenue Manager
Based in Feltham, our client is a global hotel brand who are looking for a Cluster Revenue Manager to join their team.
This role would suit an individual with previous experience within Revenue Management and someone who is highly analytical. This job will involve maximizing overall revenue through the development and implementation of effective inventory and pricing strategies.

The successful individual will have strong analytical skills with the ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines. The candidate must have good interpersonal skills with the ability to be a team player with excellent communication skills in order to conduct weekly and monthly Revenue Management meetings. The candidate must be able to analyse data, make meaningful conclusions and base sound decisions and strategies on these as well as adapt to a frequently changing market environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Works with the Hotel Team to Maximize Room and M&E Revenue.
* Deliver effective pricing for all market segments (including transient, group and Meeting & Events) based on a holistic understanding of hotel generated revenues.
* Manage validation of Ideas forecast and adapt configuration or use Ideas support to correct any trend distortion.
* Work closely with the Cluster Office and the hotels operational teams to capture insight, analysis and recommendations to drive top line sales.
* Implements area and/or brand level initiatives including tactical promotions and manage them effectively reducing any dilution.
* Adapt strategy long and short term to demand of the hotel and market condition and adapt Business mix to deliver the most optimal revenue.
* Generate room and M&E revenue (where applicable) forecasts and budgets for all hotels within area of responsibility; forecasting accuracy to meet agreed targets.
* Deliver effective inventory management to maximize total revenue.
* Ensuring proper PMS data management, i.e. inventory management, segmentation, rate loading.
* Support projects, initiatives and implementations as directed by Area and Corporate Support offices.
* Working with the Inventory Coordinator & Data Analyst to ensure fulfilment of role.
