We’re looking for a Cluster Revenue Manager to join the team at Harbour House – Head Office of Harbour Hotels, Christchurch.
Harbour Hotels is a collection of prestigious hotels and venues nestled in some of the most beautiful locations throughout the South. Our luxury portfolio spans coastal, country and city locations.
We are looking for a Cluster Revenue Manager to join the team. Responsible for maximize revenue, market share and profits for multiple hotels through the strategic coordination of revenue management processes and procedures.
More specifically, we would like to see the right person effectively perform tasks such as; inventory control, sales and pricing, forecasting, competitive demand analysis and ability to drive commercial performance. Whilst ensuring sound commercial judgment and professional and efficient utilisation of all systems.
Knowledge of industry reports such as STR, Hotelligence and OTA is desirable and the ability to multitask, communicate clearly and work in a highly pressured environment would be advantageous.
Previous experience working within a similar role within the hospitality industry, preferably in revenue management or reservations is desirable.
