Customer Insight Analyst
Based in Luton, Bedfordshire our prestigious leisure client is looking for a Customer Insight Analyst to join their marketing and insight team on a permanent basis.
This job would suit an experienced data driven individual to contribute towards empowering the business to make strategic consumer centric decisions.

The customer insight analyst will have the opportunity to work across both customer experience and marketing data so will need to be confident in utilising multiple data sources.
The successful individual will have experience of analysing data across multiple, big data sources, including visualising the data and storytelling to key stakeholders / key business contacts. They will have a good understanding of statistics and how to analyse an AB test, or when is data statistically significant or not. Proficiency in any of Tableau, Power BI or Adobe Analytics is essential for this role.
Job responsibilities:
* Analysing the customer experience to understand where the customer pain points are, where they do well and why and how they can get better.
* Reporting on the strength of the brands, highlighting the impact of marketing activity and new propositions that impact the brand health for both brands
* Supporting the Senior analyst in analysing Marketing Effectiveness for example how to target CRM campaigns or the results of a specific campaign
