Graduate Analyst
Based in central Manchester, our PE backed client seeks a Graduate Analyst to join their team on a permanent basis.
This job would suit someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and delivering results against targets.
The company has driven an impressive buy and build strategy in its sector. The core central functions of these acquisitions are being consolidated with an impressive Tech team for the Group in Manchester.
The successful individual will be a recent graduate who is educated to a degree level in analytics or mathematics. This individual will have good problem-solving capabilities with a naturally inquisitive personality. Good knowledge of using tableau or other visualisation tools is preferable.
Job responsibilities:
* Make pricing recommendations to the owner facing teams to help improve the performance of individual properties, using Revenue Management techniques and trough a suite of data visualisations (tableau)
* Loading of owner led pricing into our Revenue Management System, within SLAs, monitoring accuracy in daily exception reporting.
* Support Revenue Managers with strategic price changes via our Revenue Management System. Observe and monitor owner led price associated trends, share with Revenue Managers and Head of Revenue Management Service delivery.
* Support owner services with training, data and reporting to help reduce the volume of owner overrides associated to price, corridor, or floor prices.
* Support revenue and occupancy optimisation, identifying availability opportunities to create more saleable breaks – liaising with the owner teams where needed.
* Work with Revenue Managers to ensure our program; durations and start days – are aligned to demand trends.
