Job Description
Based in London, our innovative client seeks a Graduate Analyst to join their team as Revenue Management Analyst on a permanent based, working a hybrid role with 2 days in the office.
This job would suit someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and delivering results against targets to be responsible for managing pricing and yielding tactics across a small cluster.

The successful individual will be a recent graduate who is educated to a degree level in analytics or mathematics. Previous experience of working within hospitality would be beneficial, but equally any commercial or analytical experience would be considered. This individual will have good problem-solving capabilities with a naturally inquisitive personality and logical mindset. You will have excellent communication skills in order to build strong collaborative working relationship with key internal parties. Microsoft Office skills are required, including advanced Excel skills.
Job responsibilities:
* Manage price and yield tactics across a small cluster.
* Optimise the availability of inventory through using the PMS availability grid ensuring the right length of stay tactics are deployed.
* Monitoring demand drivers and changes to ensure market conditions are swiftly reacted to and maximised.
* Manage channel managers/GDS platforms to ensure group level strategy is implemented and maintained.
* Conduct regular account reviews of key OTA agents and GDS connection agent.
* Ensure GDS connection through Travelclick is optimal and new rates are loaded in a timely manner and audited periodically.
* Work closely with the cluster revenue managers for any ad-hoc tasks and projects.
* Once fully trained – help provide holiday cover for the revenue team members.
