Permanent Group Revenue Manager
Job Description
Based in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire, our sustainable tourism client seeks a commercially focused individual to join them as a Group Revenue Manager, on a permanent basis. The role offers hybrid flexibility with 2-3 days at home per week.
This job would suit a data-driven revenue specialist to be responsible for leading pricing and revenue strategies across a growing portfolio of holiday parks, using systems, insight, and collaboration to drive performance and support long-term commercial goals.
This organisation operates a collection of nature-connected holiday destinations across the UK. With a strong focus on sustainability and guest experience, the business is committed to delivering commercial excellence while supporting local communities and the environment.
The successful individual will have strong experience in revenue management, pricing or commercial analysis, with a high level of Excel proficiency and comfort working with revenue management tools and booking systems. Strong collaboration and communication skills are essential, along with a proactive, insight-led mindset.
Job responsibilities:
* Lead the development and implementation of pricing strategies across all holiday park sites
* Manage revenue management tools and ensure consistent rate loading and availability across platforms
* Monitor performance and provide regular reporting and insight to senior leadership
* Maintain system data integrity and support alignment of pricing and inventory across the business
* Conduct competitor and market analysis to inform pricing decisions
* Collaborate with park teams to ensure local alignment and effective implementation
* Support training of park teams on revenue systems and processes
* Contribute to the development of marketing and promotional activity from a pricing perspective
* Champion a data-led approach across the revenue and commercial function
* Continuously review and improve systems and processes to support revenue outcomes
* Communicate revenue performance clearly across the wider organisation
