Head of Revenue Management

Based in London our client is an exciting and expanding company looking for a Head of Revenue Management to join their team.

This job would suit an analytical leader who will maximise and continuously develop the talents of our analyst function, generating day to day actionable insights as well as influencing the future vision of mobility in the company.

The successful individual will have great leadership skills with experience of managing, coaching and developing a team of analysts. The candidate will need to demonstrate use of strategic pricing and product evolution to drive revenues. The individual should be logical and critical with the ability to manipulate huge data sets and diverse data sources to pull together conciliations statistical rigor. Communication skills are vital to liaise with stakeholders and drive change at all levels. The candidate should have an eye for details and great Excel skills, experience using a business intelligence tool (e.g. Spotfire/ Tableau) to show data in a visually compelling way. It is essential the candidate is highly organised and comfortable managing multiple projects.

Duties will include:

* Lead the team of analysts to drive insight from our data, influencing the business with actionable changes
* Direct data analysis to develop root causes of complex operational issues
* Lead on producing and maintaining a quality Floating data pipeline
* Be the link with the Data Science and Engineering teams in the US
* Develop pricing strategy closely aligned with product offering, to give clear overarching principles to existing, new markets and licensees
* Be the expert on drivers of revenue and use that expertise to lead revenue growth strategy across the business
* Working with FP&A, steer the GM’s through the yearly planning process
