Daly Recruitment are currently recruiting an experienced Revenue Manager for a Belfast city hotel. We are seeking an experienced Revenue Manager to drive Revenue within the hotel and the group.
Revenue Manager Job Description
As Revenue Manager you will play a vital role within the senior management team setting & executing strategies to increase business, to meet and exceed targets.
You will oversee the Reservations, conference and events team with assistance from the Sales Manager.
Carry out regular competitor analysis to ensure the hotel is positioned correctly
It will be your responsibility as Revenue Manager to work closely with the General Manager & Sales Manager to implement agreed pricing strategies in order to maximise every opportunity to ensure budgets are met.
Be responsible for the on-line revenue plan, keeping it maintained and up-to-date.
Prepare reports for management meetings
The successful candidate must be able to:
Successfully implement strategies to maximise on business.
Be able to identify trends that will impact future performance
Have excellent communication and management skills
Implement forecasts & budgets in conjunction with the GM and Sales Manager to present to the group.
Develop the hotel’s pricing and market mix strategy for rooms and conference/events sales.

Salary:
Salary will depend experience. Will consider a strong revenue supervisor, seeking their first move into management.
