Revenue Manager – 5* Luxury Hotel – London
About the employer:
This iconic 5* hotel is in the heart of London and part of a global luxury brand. An experienced Revenue Manager is sought to manage the day-to-day activities of the revenue office and work closely with sales, marketing and reservations. This Revenue Manager position reports into a Regional Director of Revenue and will support this person with revenue management decisions, pricing and yielding rates.
About the role
• Be involved in creating, implementing and reviewing the rate strategy in line with the budget targets for the hotel.
• Review the ongoing strategy and amend where necessary to drive rate increases, leverage suite occupancy and rate, and optimise total hotel occupancy.
• Be instrumental in positioning the hotel in the high-end luxury market.
• Manage the hotel’s distribution platforms and OTAs, to ensure revenue opportunities are maximised.
• Oversee the revenue and reservations teams, ensuring the highest standards of work.
• Work closely with the Director of Revenue, Director of Sales & Marketing and wider commercial team.
• Produce revenue and commercial reports as required.
What we are looking for
• Hotel revenue management experience is essential.
• Current experience within the 5* London market is highly desirable.
• A proven track record controlling and yielding high rates is required.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are essential.
• A self-motivated, driven, results orientated, and proactive attitude is required.
• Candidates must demonstrate excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
Salary and package:
Up to £42,000 per annum plus bonus and benefits.
