Revenue Manager
MRK are pleased to be working exclusively with our fast-growing client with their recruit for an experienced Revenue Manager to join them on a permanent basis. The role is fully remote working.
This job would suit a candidate with at least two years’ experience within a commercial revenue management role.
This company are a fast-growing hotel management business, who oversee hotels internationally with well-recognised brands, as well as unique boutique hotels.
The successful individual will have strong analytical skills with the ability to analyse data and identify trends, make meaningful conclusions and base sound decisions and strategies on these. The right candidate will be commercially driven, with good training and mentoring skills to be able to coach and develop reservations teams. Advanced Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills are essential for this role. Previous systems experience in PMS-Opera, Brilliant, Room Master, Eezee softwares are also beneficial.
Job responsibilities:
* Maximising revenue, market share and profits for two properties.
* Sales and pricing strategies are based on sound commercial judgement through effective analysis and reporting
* Professional and efficient utilisation of all systems, in line with company best practices and standard operating procedures
* Relevant hotel commercial team members are actively engaged in all revenue decisions
* To optimise demand from all revenue streams, segments and channels
* To co-ordinate activities with Sales, Marketing, M&E Sales & Hotel Operations to define, implement and measure all commercial strategies.
* To have an innovative approach towards business development and creating long-term value for our guests, markets and relationships.
* To provide cross-regional support and/or training when required.
