Permanent Revenue Manager
We’re pleased to be working exclusively with our luxurious client based in London, who are looking for a Revenue Manager to join their award-winning team on a permanent basis.
This role would suit someone with previous experience in a similar revenue management role who is responsible for contributing towards the hotels’ goals and values by driving revenue and profit performance from the hotels’ commercial team.

The successful individual will have a creative and ambitious mindset to think outside the box to drive revenue for the hotel. They must be able to communicate in English verbally and in writing with guests, management, and other team members to their understanding. Microsoft Office skills are required, including advanced Excel skills. Previous experience with Opera PMS, Revenue Management Systems, TravelClick and/or SynXis is strongly preferred.
Duties will include:
* To develop and use tools in order to make pricing recommendations for products in order to drive sales performance.
* Detailed knowledge of performance through daily analysis of occupancy & revenue trends.
* Communicate trading and revenue position through written and verbal communication to key stakeholders, highlighting threats, opportunities and proposed action.
* Understanding of competitor price position and promotional price points.
* To use data to help maximise the uptake of additional products and services during the booking process. Process Efficiency & RM Tech.
* To implement new strategic and commercial initiatives that will drive revenue opportunities for the business.
* To help identify new opportunities to improve commercial performance, including revenue generating opportunities, systems integration, channel management and other technological projects.
