Senior Pricing Analyst
Based in Luton, Bedfordshire our client is a national company looking for a Senior Pricing Analyst to join their team.
This job would suit an experienced Pricing Analyst who will be responsible for the analysis and reporting on the viability and profitability of the product and site level pricing, menus, price changes and promotions.
This company is a nationwide brand with market leading positions within the majority of its key markets and a track record of developing and progressing its staff both in operational and head office positions. The successful individual will be commercial focused, analytically minded and a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills. You will have the relevant financial degree / qualification along with a number of years’ experience in an analytical role. It is desired that the candidate also has previous experience in pricing.
Job Responsibilities:
Price Setting / Analysis – Brand, Site and Product level
* Modelling the potential impact of changes to pricing strategies / structures
* Performance analysis of pricing changes / trials
* Creation and analysis of the impact of new product RSP’s
* Analyse implications of cost /duty changes
* Menu Pricing – Food / Cocktail / Wine
Promotional Modelling and Analysis
* Modelling the potential impact of new/amended promotional activity
* Modelling the potential impact of new/amended pre-booked packages
Site Analysis
* Contribute to the Bi-annual site level overall pricing and promotional reviews
* Ad Hoc Site Level Price Reviews
* Analyse impact of pricing on site level performance
