Senior Revenue Analyst
Based in Central London, our client is successful and growing UK based hotel brand who are looking for a Senior Revenue Analyst to join them on a permanent basis.
You will be responsible for the daily/ tactical and strategic revenue management of a pre-determined number of hotels, utilising in full all systems, sharing best practises within team, and maintaining close relationships with hotels and key stakeholders in Sales and Marketing.
This job would suit someone who is analytical, commercial acumen and data focused. The company are a well know brand which continues to grow, offering excellent progression opportunities to their staff.
The successful individual will be someone who has strong willingness to achieve best performance possible with the ability to take and monitor calculated risks in conjunction with Revenue Management best practises to achieve results. You must be able to communicate openly and clearly both orally and in writing with the ability to coach others on Best practises, while also challenging status quo and being able to continuously suggest new ideas to maximise revenue.
Duties will include:
* Setting up of individual hotel pricing & selling strategies for short/ medium and long term delivery
* Working with Revenue Management team to ensure pricing strategies keep within best practises and continuously improved
* Set up price strategies by segment based on keys KPM and criteria
* Analyse data intakes to spot new trends, new opportunities / risks, and take relevant price actions when deviating from expectations
* Carrying out accurate room forecasting on weekly/monthly basis
* Daily monitoring of competitiveness v market
* Carry out larger, key projects on behalf of the team e.g. manage revenue Business Intelligence tool and dashboards
* Coach new and existing staff on revenue techniques best practises
* Participate in new candidates interviewing process, alongside the Head of revenue
