Job Description
We are currently recruiting for a Senior Strategy Analyst – Could you be the person we are looking for?
As a Senior Strategy Analyst you will drive data led decision making through the organisation, by applying clear thinking and technical skills with a strong commercial understanding.
This is a really exciting role, and here are just a very small number of the things you’ll be getting up to as a Senior Strategy Analyst:
Identify opportunities to drive revenue and challenge the status quo. Undertake adhoc
projects from own insight of the business.
Develop a planned approach to analysing drivers of revenue and providing action orientated plans to business areas.
Support the business with their analysis requirements and train them to develop basic analytical skills.
Work in partnership with the Marketing and Sales teams on defining analysis.
Work with the Head of Pricing Strategy to create pricing trials and ensure there is the ability to quickly measure the effectiveness of trials.
Work with the Revenue Optimisation team to understand revenue at a Route and Network wide level.
Define a data and analysis strategy for Revenue Management and Virgin Trains. Understand how Virgin Trains can maximise the insight it gets from different data sources to drive additional revenue and customer satisfaction.
