Job Description
Based in Dublin, Ireland, for 2-3 days a week, our instantly recognisable client is looking for 4-5 ambitious Strategic Analytics Leads to join their business on a long-term interim basis as they launch a newly signed off data transformation project of significant scale.
These jobs are similar in their duties in that they would suit individuals with a strong track record in Analytics strategic leadership and business partnering, to be responsible for leading on how to create and deliver the most value from the analytics delivery in this transformation project. Each role will take ownership of a specific focus area of the business, building relationships with senior stakeholders across all relevant departments to understand their vision on what their optimum user experience should be in terms of analytics for their team. Building this into an agreed strategy and roadmap and acting as the Lead to ensure the tech/ data team deliver on this would be the next stage of the role.
The 5 key business areas for this project and critical for improvement are Operations, Revenue Management, Customer, Central Function (Finance, HR etc), Mechanical & Engineering. Experience of strategic Analytics delivery with a focus on end user experience with any of these departments will be beneficial as each consultant will take ownership of one of these business areas.

A significant transformation project has been signed off and expert strategic analytics leads are needed to lead the creative thought process across key departments and act as the champion of that function in ensuring these plans are delivered in terms of timing and functionality by the technical teams.
The successful individuals will have significant experience in strategic partnering positions that focus on the delivery of analytics solutions with the user experience in mind. These are not technical data positions looking at architecture, governance, engineering etc. as the tech team will deliver the necessary functionality. These individuals will have strong demonstrable experience of building relationships across a wide range of colleagues, up to C suite, but will be able to demonstrate their impact on one of the key departments relevant for these positions: Operations, Revenue Management, Customer, Central Functions and Mechanical & Engineering. This person must have proven experience of working with iterative product delivery methodologies including Waterfall & Agile.
Job responsibilities:
* Lead thinking on how to create the most value from data and analytics in the relevant department, forming that vision into an agreed strategy and roadmap
* Persuade the Transformation Project Leadership and all colleagues across the projects of the merits of the strategy and roadmap
* Work closely with the delivery capability in the Project to create a high-level delivery plan that satisfies both Project Leadership and line department C-level and Directors
* Collaborate closely with key stakeholders across the relevant department, cultivating successful relationships with senior stakeholders to ensure key deliverables are aligned to the requirements and priorities of key stakeholders.
* Ensure transparent and accurate regular reporting on the Project initiatives for the line department.
* Ensure the relevant department create metrics for measuring the benefits of Project deliveries
